YEP YEP

After the hurricane Katrina disaster on the gulf coast, within that same year, I decided I wanted to empower people by giving people something tangible to hold on to; as a result YEP YEP CLOTHING was created. Young Empowered People is what YEP means. Being empowered inspires all of us. It creates self confidence, freedom to positively express ourselves; it captures happiness in yourself and others around you. It awakens us spiritually and keeps us going throughout the day. Being empowered engages us to think for ourselves and explore things we didn’t have the courage or the means to do before.

Let me give you a couple of examples of what being empowered means to me. My parent (s) empowered me when I was a young child by their teachings, and when I became an adult; I continued to be empowered by their wisdom and encouragement.

My 65 year old father has been empowered by his extensive life experiences he’s had by overcoming obstacles that he had to endure when he was growing up.

Whether or not it’s a negative experience you’ve had, being empowered in a positive way always takes over the negative so….
